We taught our pullers to pull and aim for the heels of the next lineman to account for any penetration. Their toes on their pull step would be pointed directly for the play side heel.
We use the Delaware numbering system. 300/700 would tell the FB where to line up behind the 3 man or 7 man. I guess you could use the Wes system and use the letters.
When Delaware committed to running triple option, they actually ran 2 practices, one was coordinated by Ted Kempski, the offensive coordinator and the other was coordinated by Tony Dimeo. It was the only way they thought that it would actually work.
I here several coaches talk about this in the last year. Matt Parzero of Newton High School in NJ and Scott Schulte of Oak Harbor High School in Ohio both talked about this at the National Wing T Clinic in Pittsburgh last week. Brett Meyers of Middletown High School in PA is also speaking at the Wings N Things Clinics In PA this year about it and has spoken at the National clinic too. I'm sure if you contacted them, they would send you play clips through Hudl.
