  1. Ahh …… Bunch routes!
  2. Tom I too am asking about “Space” 🤔 oce
  3. Here is my fav to the TE/WB. CORNER ROUTE - *NOTE - Routes beginning with a C mean read the C (ie China, Cadillac, Corner) Coach Points 1. The WB MUST run a 45 degree route. Bisect the right angle (TE & LOS). ABSOLUTE MUST!!! 2. QB can use reverse action of Rocket or Jet. This can be run with either Rock or Joker fake. I like Rock better. He can just do straight Sprint Out action. 3. FB will sprint block #1 (outside count)
  4. Very broad subject. I sent you email with phone # Call Wes
  5. Snap spot is normal “proximity” spot. Backside B gap! The key is the FB adjusting to where he can scrape paint off the jokers butt. Straight line dive. But he must find spot THUS practice. Blocking WB needs to cheat behind PST. Note do not chase LBer to outside. Look inside oce
  6. The "Magic Boot" is the wing version of the I formation "Flea Flicker". The MAGIC has better flow fake and an extra receiver. Coach H. Moore called this MAGIC because when the "D" sees that ball pitched back to running back.................MAGIC occurs! He use to say the only drawback to this play was the QB had a tough decision. All the receivers will be open! Coaches Cheney and Marsh of Franklin-Simpson HS - KY do a great job with the Hybrid Wing. They put this for their final 2023 playoff game which was a one point loss. If this had been caught............hmm who knows??. *note...........coach point. The TE is a big too deep on the drag route. This was first time run for last season...........so pretty good enjoy oce The Magic Boot
  7. Coaches, Might best listen to Tom! I have been looking at the wing "O" for many years. Tom runs the best Buck Sweep of any coach that I have ever been associated with. I have watched many of his films these past 3-4 years; he is definitely a Buck Sweep master. oce
  8. Have you tried Rocket? If I had to choose between the 2; it would be Rocket hands down. Wider block! But I think Belly Sweep is best recent add to the hybrid. I quit running Down thus I no little about a no mo Down Sweep. oce
  9. Question?? How many formations do you use for your Jet Sweep? wes
  10. With the edges getting hammered by the shifts and then the "heavy" power plays........................the middle got SOFT! Coach Peterson had the great play; called at the perfect time to have an 8 yd walk-in for the TD. Great blend of eye-candy, power, and finesse. enjoy oce MTCS Spin Play
  11. Franklin-Simpson HS located in Franklin KY does a super job employing the Hybrid Wing. Coaches Max Cheney - HC and Matt Marsh - OC use all the tools of this offense. They will formation / motion you to death.!! They have always run a great Tackle Trap. With this Reo/Leo look they have blended the Trap with a Fake Toss (Toss is simply a No-mo Rocket) They run both the motion Rocket and the no-mo Rocket to both set HB and to offset FB. This is original thought..................I think it is GREAT! enjoy oce FS Tackle Trap (w fake toss)
  12. Old Stuff can be great stuff if it is executed properly. Here are a couple of very heavy Single Wing Power Plays. These clips were submitted by Coach Chris Peterson - HC at MTCS in Murfeesboro, TN.. The clips are from the State Finals at Univ of Chattanooga. First clip is what used to be called the "Kitchen Sink" as I am going to throw everthing at you but the K. Sink LOL. Second clip is a hole shorter ...............off-tackle. Those shifts do confuse "D" at times. enjoy oce SINGLE WING SHIFT & POWER
  13. Actually a Gun version of the Truck Play. Very nice! oce
  14. The Hybrid Wing was created with the addition of various motions, multiple formations, the jet sweep, the rocket sweep, and now the BELLY SWEEP. The Belly Sweep is perhaps the "icing on the cake" BECAUSE it can be run to any surface out of any formation. It is a no-mo play that lives among a group of many plays that have motion. Here is a great Belly Sweep to the 2-line NUB out of a heavy unbalance set that mainly features overwhelming quick power plays to the 4-line side. I LOVE THIS ADDITION TO HYBRID WING oce Nub Belly Sweep
