  1. We tell our WB to chip #1 to Lber. Front side of the play is just like Belly for us, except rather than kick out you log with the PSG. BSG will pull shallow and kick CB. The key to the play is to have a good "S" curve of the fullback bending to BS A gap.
  2. Coach, From what I've seen on Modesto film, only have it from youtube, I would really like to get some hudl film on it, that the snap point is backside B gap almost, with the Jet/Buck back looking for the backside guard to cut up with. They also run a trap off the play that hits pretty quickly. Looking for more info.
  3. I am looking into this as well. Have you ran this like Modesto did?
  4. Thanks Coach, makes sense. What splits are you using? We use almost 2 ft splits.
  5. Coach, We teach that the fullback's path is the edge of the guard or outside leg of guard. Does the inside leg path provide any benefits over the outside? thanks
  6. Does anyone have experience adding this to your hybrid attack? Thoughts?
  7. We run both, and every year we say that we are going to run Rocket more than Jet; never happens. I agree with BruinFB, Jet fakes work better and the defense seems to react to them better. One big reason to run Jet more is the XX double handoff ctr off jet! We also like our sprint off game of Jet motion oppose to rocket.
  8. You suggested Coach Moore's option DVD's, was great stuff!
  9. Great stuff, appreciate the mini clinics! Remember coach, it's getting close to start of season.
  10. My dad used to run this play, but Coach E reintroduced me to it. FB needs to have a "shelf" left hand and a "back stop" right hand. We only ran it one way, limited practice time.
  11. Wrap around Draw with joker motion! Check it out on the video section. Great deception!
  12. It is well worth it to install the Edges!
  13. We ran Belly Rocket our of Bear/Bull Sets that worked well after running Belly.
  14. Wish I would have seen this prior to this season, I wore 15/16 YX Down. This would have been a great addition. Thanks for sharing.
  15. Thanks to Coach Elrod and his "Blocking the Edges" system we finished the season 7-4, ranked 4th in the state, all classifications, in rushing with 518 att for 3503 yards. We have made great strides in the last couple of years, even breaking a 33 game losing streak. Thanks Coach Elrod for the advice and coaching points with the Edges system we had 2 backs rush for over 1,000 yards, and 2 more of 500 yds. I am looking for ways to fine tune practice organization and scheduling for small school; any input or ideas would be welcomed. Fear the Wing, Coach ZW
  16. Coaches, I am looking to take my staff to another school during the spring time. I am very interested in practice scheduling, OL play, midline, rocket/jet work. I am located in Central Ky, and am roughly looking for a school within a 200 mile radius. I know it is early, but I am trying to get a jump start on it. thanks zachary.wagner@mclean.kyschools.us

  18. Coach please send me your clinic info. I may not make it this year, I have already attended a Glazier, and will be going to the Southwest wing T clinic this week, I would be interested in attending next year for sure. thanks zachary.wagner@mclean.kyschools.us
  19. Ive noticed that you run this to the TE side as well, does your Wing still arch and kick out the cb?
